The Logistics and Documentation Department's strategic knowledge and awareness of international trade terms, contract execution and trade finance regulations make it a vital contributor to Plexus' high standards & success. The team consists of highly experienced personnel with many years of knowledge and understanding of the cotton trade, international banking and retail sectors.

The Logistics team understands client requirements and ensures effective management of the supply chain. It provides timely updates on the progress of each transaction and prioritises the building of strong relationships to support the client. It provides innovative solutions for the securitisation, release and movement of cotton via the most cost effective channels and always observe best practise and industry standards.

The Logistics and Documentation Department works in constant dialogue with the Trading, Quality, Treasury and Accounts teams. They strive to anticipate the market and the external forces that impact the business, and to manage the supply chain during times of change.
